Created using the ladies' at scrapthatidea.com kits as follows: "Shower in Spring" by Mel, Vicki and Stacey; "Simplicity" and "Natural Beauty" by Vicki; "Out and About" by Mel and Vicki.
I was not finished with this layout yet, but was running out of time for entry into the challenge. The challenge was to use 3 or more "nature" photos, no pets, kids, etc., had to use a quote for the title of the layout, the top paper had to be "kraft" paper (basically a neutral color), and "natural" (leaves, flowers, etc.) embellishments. These photos are of the river in Mt. Home in North Arkansas. Kenny and I spent a weekend there at a friend's (Dolores) river house in early fall 2007. It was so wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Something like that definitely makes you appreciate God's handiwork.
